"Convert Video Files in a Easier Way"

If you have received "File not supported" message, please make sure:
  1. Latest version of Quicktime Player 7 has installed on your pc. You can visit http://www.quicktime.com
  2. A minimum QuickTime Player 6.5 is needed for Flash conversion
  3. You will need QuickTime Player 7 when converting MOV/QT 7/MP4/3GP/M4V/3G2 files.
  4. You are using Direct-x 8 and above. To check your Direct-x version: Click on Start Windows, Run and Type "dxdiag". Click OK. Visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.aspx
  5. The required video and audio codecs has installed on your pc. You can check the missing codec by installing Video Inspector and search for the codecs at http://www.free-codecs.com
  6. There are many type of AVI ranging from divx, xvid, cinepak and etc. When converting such AVI, you may need to install the appropriate codecs.
  7. The video file is not corrupted
  8. The video file is not in protected mode
  9. There is not other software currently playing / using the video file
  10. The Real Player has been installed on your pc
  11. You will need a MPEG2 decoder when decoding MPEG 2 file
  12. You may install additional codecs pack like FFDShow to support your file. However we do not guarantee the third party codecs pack will work perfectly.
  13. Uninstall other third party codecs. Some third party codecs are unstable and may cause conflict.
  14. Check with the video source vendor
